Responsive: Marriott Development&FinalDesigns

The Marriott brief was basically to encourage the younger generation to travel europe, the concept that i will create must work around a calendar of events, finding this calendar of events wasn't really much of a problem as it was beneficial to me as i am part of that target audience.




I decided to select a calendar of events that targeted a wide audience range this would mean the largest number of people would interact with the design. However i also ensured that i selected a range of genres meaning that again the design does not sway towards one area of music the app has been designed for all tastes within the target audience.


As you can see i have created my design to run along side the current branding of the Marriot hotel however the design has been given a twist moving away from the dated branding that was seen before. making the design appeal to the younger audience.

I feel that  the app design i have created is very effective in usability, i believe this is down to my research into app design as i eel the main problem that is found is that the apps are often very drawn out where i feel  have created a design that is simple effective and is very user friendly.
